1. Shave it, but remember that this is a temporary method of facial hair removal that is not recommended for women. Regrowth tends to occur rapidly.
2. Tweeze it. Tweezing is a good, although somewhat painful way to remove small areas of unwanted facial hair. Because the hair is plucked out at the root, it takes longer for regrowth to appear.
3. Use depilatory creams, gels and lotions, which contain a chemical that alters the structure of the hair for easy removal. This chemical can be irritating to skin, so use only a product especially formulated for the face. Always do a skin test on a small area of the face before using the product, and follow directions exactly to avoid irritation or chemical burns.
4. Consider waxing every 4 to 6 weeks, in which you apply hot or cold wax to the area of unwanted hair. The hair becomes affixed to the wax and the wax is then pulled off the skin, taking the hair with it. Test a small area of your skin for an allergic reaction before using, and do not use wax on sunburned or irritated skin.
5. Think about electrolysis, a permanent hair removal method in which an electrical current is used to destroy the hair root. Several treatments may be required over a period of time, as each hair follicle must be destroyed individually.
6. Laser it. Hair removal by laser must be done by a licensed professional. It can be expensive and time-consuming, and it may not be permanent. It is best to discuss your situation with a professional. You can find one by looking in the yellow pages under "Hair Removing."
Tips:
You may wish to discuss hair removal options with your physician before proceeding.
Consider using a lotion containing alpha-hydroxy acid after any of the above treatments. It exfoliates the skin, which helps to prevent ingrown hairs.
If all else fails, bleaching the hair is a safe and easy option.
Warnings:
Nearly all methods of hair removal cause some kind of discomfort or skin irritation. Be sure to consider these before choosing one method over another.

The most common solution is to apply makeup to make it invisible.
If the hairs are thick enough (usually in women, the hairs are thin)
you may have to resort to getting the hairs dipilliated (plucked).
There are laser treatments to make sure that they do not grow back
again, though adjacent follicles may start producing hairs even
after a laser treatment.
Ultimately, the hair is there as a by-product of humanity's evolution.
Not having it won't hurt you, but the removal process could be quite
painful. If you get a laser treatment, make sure it is done by a qualified
person.

Laser hair removal I think would be best.
Or, you could talk to your doctor and he will prescribe you HRT. If a female is producing from facial hair it is obvious that she is producing too much testosterone (which is the male sexual hormone.)
Its not unusual that even though she's female and producing too much testosterone. Many females do have this problem as its only natural that females can produce testosterone, and males can produce oestrogen too. (Oestrogen is the female sexual hormone)
This bodily process usually comes on during puberty unless you are born with that rare condition, I forget the name of now - but it is where the individual produces a lot of hair due the genetic mutation that took place during the cell replication in the formation of the gametes (egg and sperm cell) at gametogenesis (the formation off egg and sperm in mature ovaries and testes) from the parents.
The mutation can also take place in the replication of the cells in the formation of the blastocyst, which in the very early stages of pregnancy.
I know all that is possibly irrelevant to you but the main things is, is either laser treatment or HRT.

You could shave daily. You could carefully pluck. You could go for laser hair removal, or electrolysis. I've seen some really good results from women who have had laser hair removal on thier face and neck. Good luck! You're not alone!

wax it! Only takes a minute, doesn't hurt too much and is fairly cheap. Might leave your upper lip red for a few hours though so best not to do it just before you're heading out. You can buy wax strips and do it at home yourself. It's easy. Trust me-if I can do it anyone can!
