Leviticus 18:22 - You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.
If the guy does not know about the sex change, the bottom line is he does not know and therefore you cannot judge the guy and call him a sinner - he is a victim of deception. But if he continues to be with that person despite knowing about the sex change then he is sinning.
It is like water. If you put it in the freezer, it becomes ice. Take it out, and it melts. Boil it, and it evaporates into a gas. At the end of the day it is still water no matter what form it takes. The person who had a sex change is still a man no matter how many surgeries they go through. The sex change is only superficial not biological. The fundamental difference between male and female is the ability to bear children.

You have to re-word the question, because the man did not marry a woman, he married a man.
You cannot change the sex of someone with surgery or drugs, he is still a man.
So a straight man marries a man who had surgery and ingests chemicals daily. Is that man sinning?

wont no if it is a sin until after they die.
dont take everything in the bible so seriously.
according to the bible eating shellfish (like shrimp crap or lobster) is a sin as bad as homosexuality.
like one guy said the bible was written by man not god.
it was gods words but there was a large chance that it was edited to suit the prejudices of the ppl who wrote his words down. his words could have been changed.
not to mention the bible could have been easily mistranslated since wasnt it originally written in a now dead language?? which even at the time was hard to translate.
and jesus himself never commented on homosexuality as far as i know it was one of the apostles. apostles were important yes but there words shouldnt be taken as gospel.
and there is actual proof of times when the bible was rewritten. i dont want to get into it so i will just tell you one of the better known re writes.
mary magdalene. she was givin a much smaller role since she was a women.
it has been proven that her being a whore that washed jesus's feet with her hair is pretty much entirly false.
it has been threorized that she may have actually been an apostle or even favored more than the apostles. some even say she may have been the apostle of the apostles.
some of the apostles thought she was inferior to them because she was a women when jesus himself didnt care.

I'm a guy, and couldn't imagine myself being attracted to a woman that used to be a man, but strange things happen, to answer your question, would it be a sin? no, if you fall in love, that's all that matters.
