16"I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star."

17The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears say, "Come!" Whoever is thirsty, let him come; and whoever wishes, let him take the free gift of the water of life.

18I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. 19And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

20He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming soon."
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

21The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen.

More Bible/Koran thumping? Sorry, even if I do believe in your religion and all, what makes you think you have a right to preach about a book that MAN wrote on this public forum. Go to a site where folks will appreciate and agree with your Bible/Koran stuff. Don't shove religion or politics down people's throats. Some of the meanest people I have ever known hid behind the cloak of church and religion. This God you are describing sounds like a very mean, evil entity. Look at your own cut and pasted words and you tell me.

Know what I mean? I don't care if you want to believe the book that was written to keep pillagers off of innocent villagers by man. I believe in spirituality. You ought to check it out sometime.

When you die, time has no meaning anymore. It is eternity, remember? The clock stands still because it is no longer needed, right? Sorry if I come on so strong, but it seems that a lot of younger people like to lug around that Bible/Koran wherever they go, always quoting stuff out of it that barely makes sense to normal people. Sorry.

Time is a man-made concept. Real time does not move in linear form, as in past, present, future. Man created this form because of our ability to remember what has happened and plan what will happen. But both past and future exist in the present. There is only the present, which constantly re-creates itself. In this manner, time travels in a spiralling circle. We experience the same things over and over, but they appear different because the present constantly changes and grows. When God said he will come, he meant that he is already here, and we have to rise to a higher consciousness to be aware of him. Life is progressing upward towards God, as opposed to forward into the future.

I would try to take an answer away from this but from what your"gospel" says i'd be tetering on trying to take prophacy away from it or even add to it. Id hate to be robbed somthing from this magical tree you hold such high faith in.

no question really-- but i would imagine time has no meaning to God whatsoever, unless He wants it to.. time is a man made concept.. He is an omnipotent being with self inherant life...no wristwatch for Him
