i consider myself boring, my friends consider me boring
it's my personality i'm shy, i just don't want to say anything stupid to offend people, of course sometimes i feel isolated but i don't think i'd mind
i'm a very nice person and i care a lot about well..who i care about
i'm actually not that dull if i'm comfortable around a person, but rarely that happens
so do girls like dull guys?

um...noone likes boring ppl (either boys or girls). its natural for ppl to perfer to be in the company of someone funny, or exciting, or even remotely ineteresting in some kind of way, coz noone wants to waste their time on somthing boring. life's too short for that.
however, it sounds to me that u r not boring, or dull...just don't open up too quickly. most ppl nowadays like to rush things and want everything to happen in a flash. they rarely have the patience to really get to know someone. what i understood from ur Question is that u take time to open up to someone new and so do not get "interesting" enough for them if a sufficient timespand transpires. sadly not everone - actually, almost no one - has ur patience and they judge u on the first impression u give them.
my guess is that u just haven't met someone - girl or boy - who u will be interested about enough. when u do, u will actually WANT to open up and u will suddenly find urself uncharacteristically spurting out nonsense that u might think sounds silly but to them will sound funny, or exciting.
my advice: just be urself until u meet that someone who will do that to u. u r still young (i assume, from the way u expressed urself in ur Question) and u have ur whole life ahead of u.

I feel that guys who know they are boring should do something about it. I'm not saying you should change yourself to please others. I'm saying you should change to live your life to the fullest! Embrace life cos life is definitely not boring! Take an interest in something like music, photography, art, drama, foreign languages, etc and you'll find that you'll not only start to enjoy it but you'll learn more about yourself. It will also help you to meet new people and make new friends. So in order to answer your question, I dont think most girls will go for dull guys. But of course love can conquer anything right? So anything's possible.

dude, your just shy. you need to remember that it doesn't mater what people think. look around you. you see the person beside you that you think is not so fly. girls are like guys. they are just people. some are shy others are not. most don't know what to say, they just respond with the best answer they think of. if you say hi and they don't want to talk with you, you lost nothing since you were not going to speak in the first place.

your question suggests and clarifies the answer. instead of boring you try to be a bold personality, an outgoing person, to arouse everyone around you to be happy in your companionship. dont feel isolated, come out of your cocoon and enjoy your life. involve yourself in useful hobbies, and see the change, the girls who found you boring will soon find you enchanting and come running towards you, good luck, cheer up.

I don't think you sound like a boring guy at all. I think shyness in a guy is a good quality, much better than someone who is a bull sh***er or never stops talking. You will find a wonderful girl someday who loves you for who you are ...a great caring guy. Don't change for anyone...be yourself!

Youre not Dull...ur just shy....I like shy guys...theyre very respectful and always get me a drink and sit there and we talk about "nothing' ...those are the fun guys for me...

lots of girls like shy guys. a great way to meet someone is to go to someplace that has activities that you enjoy. you will be more comfortable so youll be more outgoing and youll already have at least one interest in common. good luck
