Sorry, but I'm not good at converting "military" time. For me, just about any time of the day it can be hard to stay awake. I work largely at night; so daytime I'm drowsy, and I do sleep some. At night I can get drowsy too, but try to fight off sleep, sometimes not successfully. Now for your question, it's generally considered that most people have a hard time staying awake in the afternoon, that would be 1200-1400 hours, if that's afternoon, and of course, at a time when they have an established bedtime, whatever time that might be. Some may even get sleepy as soon as it gets dark, hearkening back to a earlier age of man when we were all more or less diurnal, dividing activity and sleep equally between daylight and night. Not everyone stays up all night, luckily.

I work graveyards at a hospital so 0300-0500 is the hardest for me and most of our staff.

0300-0500. That's 3:00am to 5:00am.

i think for me the most difficault time to stay a wake is when you get up really early like 7 and you only have to do 1 thing like get your brother on the bus and your still laying in bed and fall right back asleep but you really try to get up alarms going of but you just dose right bck off something like that
