I have a stomach that sticks out enough for me not to wear a athletic shirt . I have some flab on my arms not a lot and my calves the mustles that people dont see are white and my mustles on my arms are whight and my stomach is .I need help plz

im not sure what you want solved to get fit or to get a tan?

either way 130 in middle school is perfectly fine. some consider that skinny. but the way you put it seems more like a body issue not weight. all you need to do is keep exercising as much as you can. if you need to get a 24 fitness membership or another gym, by all means do it. go to the beach more often for the tan and surf. that's exercise!

if your desperate enough to ask then you should be willing to do the work. after you lose that excess meat you will be cut and tick my friend. good luck!

Sater by getting some exercise, do some crunches, push ups get off your butt and go walk and run everyday. eat things that are good for you, drink a ton of water, but rember to eat your body needs fuel to work. Try eatting 6 small meals a day., so its more like you are snacking. Look at that shape magazine they always have a tonof easy stuff to do.

being in middle school has nothing to do with it, how tall are you, are you a boy or a girl the white part simply cant be helped, if you want tight muscles you have to start lifting weights, start off with cans of food then work up to water jugs. it will take time. but stop eating junk food and get working on that body.

Just run and run!!! U may visit the gym for five years and yet not see a change in u. Running is the best exercise for everyone. Firstly u may pant and puff but that is normal. Just keep trying and trying. Try try until u don't succeed.

Don't worry. I know many guys who work off the baby fat. They were porky in middle school and will power and shear determination they changed their anatomy. You can do it too. Learn about diet and exercise and follow a plan and measure the results daily. You'll feel better each day.

quit eating the junk, eat good healthy food. vegies. cut your calorie intake. don't starve yourself; it will make you fatter over time. just eat good food. not fastfood or sugars. also, you need to workout. sure, at first it will be hard and it will take a while. it took a while to get fat too. work-on-it. you can do it.
