There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me and that is the word LOVE itself holds the answer.......
(L)isten: and validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

Wow! Love is...
when you can totally be yourself (without make up and all) and he still tells you that you're beautiful...
when you kiss him (even for the thousandth time) and you still get butterflies in your stomach...
when everytime you think of your future, he is in it with you..
when you look into his eyes, everything else goes away...
when right when he leaves your side, you start to miss him (even if its only be a second..)..
when you realize that he is the only person that could every truly make you as happy as you should be.. and any attempt with anyone else would never work because he owns your heart and you own his..
THAT IS LOVE.

Love in definition is deep affection or fondness towards your mate. Love cannot be explained in a General sentence, love can be variety of things, to me, or many other people. But love in reality differs by level, and not the level of the love, but what the level everyone considers to be love. The prob. with most adults these days is that they think love is defined when you lose your harmones, and all you have are words and mental challenges. Love cannot be defined by experience or age, in general, it's ominous. It hurts to love someone and not be loved in return, but what is the most painful is to love someone and never finding the courage to let the person know how you fell.

True Love is rare to find but the greatest thing when you do. It comes in many forms but is best when it is returned and unconditional. Many people confuse infatuation with love. Love is rarely instantanious but grows over a period of time.If you have it hold onto it because it is very precious.

Love is where you would do anything to make someone happy, where you would do your best to keep them out of harms way, when you want them to be in your life forever, when you would stay awake with them till 4 in the morning, just because they were worried about something, and wanted to talk, when you can just look in their eyes and know everything thats going on in their life, where you can fall asleep on the couch in each others arms after watching movies, and want it to be that way forever...

love..one word with 100 meanings.. love can mean what a mother feels for her son or what a husband feels for his wife..
i love so many people in this world, some as friends and relatives... but there is only one person who stands out n is in my mind all the time..n thats the one i really "love"..
accepting a proposal n giving out gifts isnt love..cuz love takes place between hearts..its not materialistic, its more mental and emotional..we feel it..
n even tho people take love lightly nowadays.. u can find tru love, u just have to be tru to urself n whoever u say "i love u" to.. if u love each other, u will be truthful, no matter how much u go arnd saying "im a flirt" or say "il cheat on u" to the other person..no matter what u do, in the end ul be truthful..
hell, we can even love people without knowing how they look.. unbelievably, no matter how curious we feel sometimes, we just can't help loving them.. its the way they talk to us or make us feel that attracts us to them.. even if we don't know how their face is, we feel attracted to them and our heartbeat goes crazy arnd them..its a weird feeling.. u get curious all the time but u still dont hesitate to say "i love u" cuz u know deep inside thats how u feel..n sometimes u go "how the hell did i fall in love with this person w/o knowin how he looks?" but if u think abt it the answer is cuz u couldnt help it.. sayin all this from experience..lol
love makes you complete in ways. pretty soon, you feel incomplete without the person you love. like your missing the other half of you.. you go crazy without that person and are just happy to be with him/her. you don't mind whether you are sitting at home and watching tv with him/her or at a big party, all u care is tht ur with them. you think about them nonstop. you think about what they said or did..things look kinda confusing. but they are extremely beautiful and dreamy at the same time..
n love...its a hundred things rolled up into one.. its happiness, sadness, pleasure, feelings, emotions, hurt, n everythin else mixed into something.. but even if u dont wanna fall in this weird landslide of emotional turmoil.. u cant help it.. u just meet someone who makes u go crazy.. without even knowing it u say stuff uve never shared before.. u feel ways its kinda unbelievable to feel.. its all weird i guess..

Love is Family.,Friends, Boyfriend(headaches)...Husband(more headaches)...but most of all Love of one's own Children and favorite 18 month old Nephew....
