How do i get my crazy check?

If you get ANY check from the gov't , the Social Security office in your town/state can answer how to get one. Mental instability might qualify you for Social Security disability. Nuttier things have happened!

Assuming you mean crazy large when you say "crazy" then I'd venture to say you've got a few options:
-find out if they owe you money that's been previously unclaimed
-overpay your taxes and get a refund
-sue them for discrimination and hope you win
-get a job with the government (like a state representative)
