Up to you. But you have a greater chance if you seek love without actually letting the potential mate think you were. Just enlist yourself in activities where you can find girls, and reach for the goal's activity itself, and if you meet a girl there, it's a bonus.

its your destiny. You don't have to seek love or let love come to you. If it is in your destiny then you WILL fall in love one way or the other.
