The same.

More useful is that 0:77 = 1:17, 0:88=1:28 and 0:99 = 1:39 but saves you a kestroke and having to reposition your fingers twice. I haven't found a microwave that won't accept 99 seconds as a cook time.

Yes. Just the same as it is in a real time minute. one minute is 60 seconds. This is sorta cool. you can punch in 90 seconds on a microwave and it will actually be a minute and a half. But don't over cook your hot-pocket.

Yep. You can go up to 99 seconds (1 minute, 39 seconds) on a microwave. But beyond that, you have to type in the minutes.

when you press one minute it goes to 59 and counts down

if you press 60 its starts at 59 and goes down
