go to Alienware.com and get their latest theme, I think it's Invader....oh is the Media Player skin sweet on that one (make sure everything is up-to-date)

You can actually pick up themes that look just like Vista, but you'll need to crack the uxtheme.dll engine first (that's the theming engine that prevents themes that Microsoft didn't make from running on Windows). Google uxtheme.dll and you'll come up with some hits, or try googling this:
