Depending on the plane you're on, there will be in-flight entertianment. All Boeing 777 planes and some airlines have personal video screens at every seat, even in economy class. Some planes also offer Boeing's Connexion high-speed WiFi Internet service, if you have a laptop or PDA to take advantage of it. MP3 players like the iPod are also useful. Bring magazines and newspapers too, stuff you thought you'd never have time to read. Books also help pass the time. And finally, since your flight is so long, you'll probably have time to sleep as well. Enjoy.

Before boarding a flight make a schedule....

Out of 12 hours (adjust according to day & night flights)
a. first half an hour...read newspaper or a magzine...slowly turning the pages.
b. Next one hour...listen to music on the flight channels.
c. Next half hour...Drink a glass of juice...slowly...taking your time...enjoy each sip
d. Half an hour...eat lunch or dinner.
d. Next two hours...watch a movie on the channels...but don't flip the channels frequently...stick to a movie & watch it start to end.
e. Next 1 hour-2 hours...sleep...close your eyes and try to relive your mind.
f. Next 1 hour...listen to music.
g. Remaining hours...write down some lines...on the basis of your own imagination...like a poem or short story...it will irritate you that you cannot do it despite a lots of thinking in the begining. But once you start writing it will soothe you....you will be surprised.

Try meditation...& get up in the aisle and walk for some time...it will make you frehen up...in between each activity...and don't forget to dring a cup/glass of water...as frequent water intake will avoid dehydration and will keep you moving to toilets to spend some more time.

Create a make believe friend and then have
him play checkers against the pilot. Meanwhile
you can be plotting against him with your new
make believe enemy because your stupid friend
ditched you to play with the pilot.

and name your friend "Herman" and your enemy "PeePeeButt".
Then have some tea and jump rope.
