I'm unsure why you'd need a sphygmomanometer to dissect the human body. This instrument is used to check blood pressure. If you're dissecting a human body that had a blood pressure it would no longer fall under the catagory of dissection. It would be classified as murder Hannibal!

Why would you need any of those things to dissect a body? A sphygmomanometer is to check blood pressure, a stethoscope is to listen to heart, temp?? tuning fork?? You are nuts!!

are u sure those are dissecting instruments caz i strongly feel a thermommetre or any of the above mentioned instuments cannot even cut ur finger . and yea try using a butcher knife
