Yikes! How can I choose woman?! That is insane! Salty foods and sugary foods are our comfort foods! Hello PMS? Heheh.. ;o) Salty and Sugary foods, they go together like peanut butter and jam... or bread and butter... that is a hard question to answer but a very good question tho'... However, I refrain from answering because they are equally good in my book. Thank you and have a nice day. ;o)

It's amazing what hormones can do to you...before I had my son ( three and a half years ago) I CRAVED sweets. In fact, most of the weight that I gained during my pregnancy was due to ice cream. After I had my son, I hated both sweet and salty foods. I crave cheese, milk, and bitter foods...what's up with that?

thats hard. I eat everything on my period and have the salty first then the sweet.gotta go with salty- tastes good and wont hurt your belly

ooh...thats a tough one..while I like both at the same time - chocolate popcorn or chocolate pretzels...I'd have to go with the sweet stuff if it was my only choice.

i could certainly sacrifice sugary ingredients, because of the fact in case you purely consume sugary ingredients for the the remainder of your existence, you will get infinite of well being issues in a while on your existence! Agree?... :)
