It's pretty rare but interesting.

Who's your best accent speaker ever? I mean who do you find his native speaking is very interesting, Straight, Influencing and sexy?

For example, Fr. Phill, Seinfeld, Britney, .. etc.

1. Ewan MacGregor--he made me love a nice, strong Scottish accent...
2. Cesar Millan (the Dog Whisperer guy on the National Geographic Channel)--Don't know why, but I absolutely love the way he talks
3. Thierry Henry (French soccer player)--His accent is really interesting and so sexy

(The last two aren't native speakers, I couldn't really tell if that was a requirement, but I do love their accents in English :) )

In the early years of the last century Rt.Hon'ble Gopal Krishna Gokhale of Mumbai(India) was supposed to have best English accent. It is said that when he went to England for a lecture tour even the liarned Englishmen were very favourably impressed by his delivery. The disarmingly admitted that they themselves were not as eloquent.

This brings us on accent. English could be understood only if you are conversant with the accent. This differs from people to people. That is why American English appears rather different from England English. In India you can follow the English conversation of a South Indian only if you know how he lends the pronouncation of Temil/Telugu/Malyalam/Kkannada to English. The Punjabi English of North India reflects the native way of talking .Same is with Bengalee etc. It is therefore, difficult to grade any particular accent as English accept. As it spread out it has donned various accents That is the varigated beauty of a living language.Only dead language like Sanskrit, Latin etc.which are moulded in rigid pattern have a discernible accent. In fact Sanskrit is very strict in this regard. A story goes that as a result of erroneous accept on the former portion of a word rather than its later part as required the danavas(giants) could not reap proper benefit of the sacrifice. In fact it was quite the opposite.
