Usuially you can find flesh coloured ones. I've never seen clear one's but I have seen silicone one's but they get really gross and sticky after a while.
There are some clear plastic ones that are for swimming but I doubt they would keep the sound away.
Good luck.

large question and that i'm completely qualified to respond to it, (I did a speech on Rock live performance Etiquette) Plugging your ears is actual unnecessary, purely get an effective pair of plugs, you'll want a squishy type that you'll squeeze into your ear. those artwork properly and they are mushy. Ear plugs are significant once you're interior on the live performance because the sound is a lot closer and vibrates off of each and everything. outdoors you may no longer pick your plugs considering there is so much better open area, yet take them alongside purely in case. And sure, by technique of all potential have interesting on the tutor, it is the completed element of going!

Get a regular pair of flesh colored, cylindrical earplugs at any local drug store. If you are worried about people seeing them, cut them in half to make two cylinders out of one plug, but if you do that be careful not to push them too far in and carry tweezers. Also be aware that they are not lowering the decibals that much that way, so if you are talking about front section for Ministry or Slayer it may not be enough. If you look around at a loud show, you will see most people who go to a lot of shows are wearing them.

Well here are some ear plugs I found for you. They are all small! But remember, your hearing is VERY important to you. I have played in plenty of percussion ensembles, and the instructor even expressed to us how important it is to protect your hearing, and who cares if it is slightly big? Just protect them!
The MAX earplug has the highest noise reduction rating (NRR) of any earplug on the market; NRR 33. The MAX earplug is known for its soft closed cell foam structure that remains hygienic and provides long wearing comfort. The MAX is made for law enforcement use in blue and is available corded or uncorded. (http://farmpolicesupply.stores.yahoo.net/howligearplu.html)
And here is the link to the Yahoo! Store page: http://shopping.yahoo.com/search/all?cop=mss&p=ear+plugs
You can browse for yourself and see what you like.
Good look and PROTECT your hearing!!! So you can hear all that beautiful music! ;)

I'm in the same boat. I already have partial hearing loss, and I want to protect what I have left.
Often, the venues will have earplugs available upon request.
Most earplugs are nearly invisble in use. That's because they are stuck in the ear canal; unless someone looks dead-on into your ear, they won't see it. (And if they're looking at you rather than the stage, well.. )
And to the guy who said "that's gay"? Any roadie who gives a damn about his hearing wears them. The performers on stage usually have in-ear monitors which isolate and block crowd noise.

don't worry about wearing earplugs or what you might look like, even the bands themselves wear them. Think about how many shows the do on one tour. 30... 40....maybe more. who cares a concert is not a place for fashion it's to enjoy music.
