My family enjoys "Mom McMuffins" on the weekends when I have time to cook a real breakfast. I just toast an English muffin, butter it, and add a fried egg with a couple of pieces of heated Canadian bacon. Top it with a slice of American cheese and let it sit for about 3-4 minutes. The cheese will melt and it will taste dee-lish. Everyone seems to love these better-than-McDonald's breakfast sandwiches.
