Coming from a bi-racial background,I see nothing wrong with interracial dating or marriage, however the children of these relationships do have some social obstacles to overcome.

I think that the fact that we have to ask this question is sad! Why does anyone care what anyone else thinks? I am caucasian and have dated men of varying races, I chose to marry a black man not on the color of his skin, but because he was the person that I loved and wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I made my decision based upon my feelings about the husband I wanted, not what other people feel about my relationship with a person who doesn't look like me. Or fit their idea of what should be. I hope it makes them uncomfortable, they need to come out of their box. Should blondes only marry blondes?

I feel great about it! I really don't mind interracial dating. I think its beautiful when people can express their feelings and not bow to the status que placed on us by society. People forget and so it seems, there isn't what they would describe a "problem" with this situation, They choose not to address it, well the "problem" is people being color blind, to the specifics of the word, BLIND TO THE COLORS AROUND YOU. They are unwilling to accept them and hence they are not there or you are blind to them. I don't believe in color blindness, its ignorance, it needs to change, be aware of the wonderous variety around you and accept it. I Think its extremly interesting to learn about other people's ways of life. I think its really sad that people of any race can simply 'dis' others becuase they are of any color.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with them. If two people truly love each other then there shouldn't be a problem. However, they might have to deal with the problems that arise if their family and friends are not so open-minded. If they can get through that, they can get through anything.

neutral don,t care about it, but i do have a say in something, if a white person merried a black person,is their life, but it might be for the better, so no more racial explict, and they might be idoled as a controversial family that shows the world that with love in site is possible.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I have been married twice. My first wife was black, and my second one was white. Color shouldn't even be a factor in a relationship.

It's cool. My girl is pregnant with our first, and we know it's gonna be a beautiful baby. There's no denying that mixed babies are very beautiful for the most part.
