Probably none.
If you are really serious about this, you might write to various doctors who do liposuction and ask what payment plans they would be willing to set up. Personally I wouldn't recommend it, but it's your life.

Hi - I just had a tummy tuck and hip liposuction done last Tuesday (in Connecticut, not INDIA!) and although my health insurance would not cover it...I was able to FINANCE IT through Capital One Health Care Finance! My procedure in CT cost a little under $9000, but I am paying $181 a month. My doctor was the one to tell me about it, and they helped me get set up with them. I was approved over the phone, and then they faxed the info to my doctor to confirm the cost and time period in which the surgery would be done. It was very easy.
Ask your plastic surgeon if they offer financing through any company, or visit www.capitalonehealthcarefinance.com
GOOD LUCK, and I wish you as smooth as a operation and recovery as I have had!!!!!

Get liposuction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible.
As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done, you are better off getting it done in India.
my cousin got her breast reduction/tummy tuck/buttoc... lift surgery in India through the forerunners healthcare.she is more than very happy with the results.she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise fore this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wondeful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company.hope this helps

Any insurance company which would cover 'cosmetic' procedures would quickly go out of business. I doubt such an insurance company exists. although I heard that in Argentina nose jobs are subsidized by the government.

You might be able to get a doctor to say that it's important for you psychologically.
