windows is multiuser, but it's not very efficient, since managing the windows takes so many system resources.

Windows server is designed more for multiusers, but only in teh sense that many of the background processes can be turned on or off allowing the owner to configure how loaded the machine is.

On the contrary, Unix's multiuser implementation is very light; it's usually just a telnet port and some memory to retain a text oriented shell, like the bourne shell or korn shell.

In Windows is multi user, but it supports mulit user on the same system, when logout other can use it. but user can have multi process at the same time.

Unix supports mulit user form diffrent terminals, many users can have access to unix system at same time and also each user can have many process.
