The correct word is deja vu.

dé·jà vu Its a noun and means: The illusion of having already experienced something actually being experienced for the first time.

An impression of having seen or experienced something before: Old-timers watched the stock-market crash with a distinct sense of déjà vu.
Dull familiarity; monotony: the déjà vu of the tabloid headlines.

Usually it's spelled "deja vu"

It means that you feel like you experienced something before.

It's like if you are visiting a house for the first time, but you feel like you've been there before.

idiots.

deja vu is caused by a momentary failure of mental imagery processing. basically your brain dosent think for a minute so when it turns back on it feels like youve done the actions or seen these sights before when you really havent.
