My daughter started dance when she was 3, and if for one minute she would have shown that she was having seperation problems, I would have waited. I suggest that you wait a year, it isn't going to hurt of you to wait a year. I would suggest finding a playgroup and other activites that you and your daughter can enjoy together. A year can mean a lot to a child.

Make her go anyway, she will recover from the seperation anxiety and keeping her in her normal reutine will actually help ease her thru it.
