Okay as a professional I would have to say that the only way that black streaks would look good is if you are going for a punk or gothic look. But I could see maybe a black streek as in chuncking that means realy big streaks.

Im not a girl...but Ive seen guys with blonde hair and black streaks and it looks pretty good...if YOU dont like it after you do it...you can always color your entire head your natural color again...

Never get streaks. They look extremely tacky.
If you want your hair to be black, just dye it.
But, that's just my opinon. Get the opinion of a hair stylist first.

Depends on what your lengths is and if it's a brassy (orange) blonde or if it's platinum. As a hairdresser i would advise you to get it done professionally. And as for if it looks good, who cares as long as you like it and it makes you feel confident I say yes it looks good.
