what is a way to get really curly hair (without getting a perm, my mom wont let me get one she says they damage too much , althought she has had quite a few) is there anyother ways to make your hair really curly without a curling iron? or what is the best way to get curly hair? i need help

My daughter uses those hot stix, you wind your hair around them, and then there's a little hole at one end to stick the end of the "stix" into (so it makes a circle.) She does dance competitions and this really works to keep her hair curled all throughout the competition day. I think you can get them at like Sally Beauty supply. Call around first though, not all places carry them.

your mom is right, perms damage the hell out of your hair, they have wash and curl shampoos and different products to help with the curl issue at walmart really cheap, i have natural wavy curly mess and i wish somedays it would be straight

u can buy steam rollers, put rollers on and sleep with them on, use a curling iron. everything i wrote can be found at cvs pharmacy or walmart etc. ur mom is right perming will fry ur hair!
