No. In
DUETERONOMY 32:48-52
48) And the Lord spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying,
49) Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is the land of Moab, that is over against jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession:
50) And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people:
51) Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of Meribah-kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel.
52) Yet thou shalt see the land before thee; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I gave the children of Israel.

So No Moses did not get to enter for his trespass against God.
I pray for you.Amen

No. Deuteronomy 32:52 Says that Moses saw the promised land from a distance but could not enter the promised land.

Mark 9 deals with the transfiguration of Jesus and his conversation with Moses and Elijah.

Moses could not enter the promised land. I thought that was rather a harsh decision, but God is God.
Mark 9 includes information about the transfiguation, the healing of a boy, and a conversation with the twelve.
Hope this helps.

The Transfiguration
2Six days later Jesus took Peter, James, and John to the top of a mountain. No one else was there. As the men watched, Jesus' appearance changed, 3and his clothing became dazzling white, far whiter than any earthly process could ever make it. 4Then Elijah and Moses appeared and began talking with Jesus.
5"Teacher, this is wonderful!" Peter exclaimed. "We will make three shrines[a]--one for you, one for Moses, and one for Elijah." 6He didn't really know what to say, for they were all terribly afraid.

7Then a cloud came over them, and a voice from the cloud said, "This is my beloved Son. Listen to him." 8Suddenly they looked around, and Moses and Elijah were gone, and only Jesus was with them. 9As they descended the mountainside, he told them not to tell anyone what they had seen until he, the Son of Man, had risen from the dead. 10So they kept it to themselves, but they often asked each other what he meant by "rising from the dead."

11Now they began asking him, "Why do the teachers of religious law insist that Elijah must return before the Messiah comes?"

12Jesus responded, "Elijah is indeed coming first to set everything in order. Why then is it written in the Scriptures that the Son of Man must suffer and be treated with utter contempt? 13But I tell you, Elijah has already come, and he was badly mistreated, just as the Scriptures predicted."

What this uneducated person is referring to is when Jesus was transfigured in Mark 9:2-4. Peter and the other desciples that were with Jesus saw Him talking to Elijah and Moses. I hope this helps.

9And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power. 2 And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them. 3 And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them. 4 And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus. 5 And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. 6 For he wist not what to say; for they were sore afraid. 7 And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him.
