I wonder if it could be something like empathy. When I was working for a health insurance company and learning about diseases and other bodily issues, I would "experience" feelings - not to the extent where it messed with my life, but they were real. So maybe you're picking something up from around you. Perhaps the more you read and learn, the worse it gets? On the other hand, something really could be going on with you. Listen to your body. And if you're seeing a therapist, ask them! Keep a log of your symptoms - when they happen and where - maybe you'll find a pattern.

im not sure about hypochondria but if you think there is a problem then there is a good chance there is. go see your doctor and explain what is going on. i once had a weird feeling on the back of my head and i ignored it for 2 weeks until it finally started hurting badly and found out that i had an infection . take things like this seriously

There's a lot of reasons why your head might be tingling. I don't see how you could make up those kind of symtoms. Perhaps you can see another doctor and have him or her run some other tests.

You may really believe it for some unknown reason. Maybe it's fear or maybe it's for attention. Talk to your therapist about it.

Lie or fake it, but when they take tests they will discover the deceit.
