If you ARE short, say "Is that the best you can do? Duh." I mean, really... can't they come up with something more original?
If it's not true, then just ignore them because they're just too stupid to waste any brain cycles on.

The only thing you can do is not let them get a rise out of you. If they feel they can get a reaction it will not stop. Sorry I can't do better and this is easy to say than to do but it is the only way to stop harassment. Does you school have a program where there is someone available to intercede in this type of behaviour.

Realize that they are doing that to make up for their own shortcomings, these are people who are afraid of yuou, because if you are successful AND short, then they have no excuse for their own failures.
It is OK & understandable to be angry at these people, find ways to turn the energy you get from that anger into positive power for you to accieve your own goals.
Finally, they're stoopid, and you're short, but you'll grow up... ;-)

You have to accept the fact that you have a certain height. It's a part of your life. You yourself are a person. You have other attributes to help you outshine this - like you might be charming, might be intelligent. You have to be what you are and that only helps when you accept the facts. Give time and you will feel better.

well it depends how old you are and if you will get a growth spurt soon or not...you could wear clogs or docs that will help give you heigth. But I say don't worry about it too much...I would've gave anything to be shorter in High School....I was always so tall and all the hot guys were shorter. :-( And if they still give you too much crap... tell them that being short your least likely to get struck by lightening... good luck...sorry!

ask them how the weather is up there. i'm short, too. believe me, the razzing sucks. BUT..... people that are big also get picked on. they also feel bad about how they look, and that is probably why they are mean to you. just razz them back! show them that your attitude isn't as small as you are!

be frank with them tell them indevidulay...hey look i dont like it when ytou call me like that...can you call me by my name...plz...that should work but if it doesent...find faults in all of the people at schoo and exploit them calling them names...like fattie...wet bac....burnt fry (dark skin)...marshmello...light skin...and so on personaly ive never been called short...im 6'3''...lol
