"We" means common average people, not associated with any religious organisation. It's about tax and all kinds of private property. Religious establishment means Church, temple, religious schools etc.

I rather not,, I would rather spend the money for charitable cause's soup kitchen, food pantry, homeless shelter, etc

If you're asking if the government or taxpayers should spend money on religion, the answer is no way. They should have to raise their own money.

Don't believe in any "god" that needs your money and can't provide for itself.

Clearly it can't create gold when it needs it, so it can't back up it's claims of the supernatural either.
