Everybody get scared sometimes, you'll never know unless you try. This guy could be the man of your dreams, you never know. Give him a call and if the conversation isn't going very well you can always say bye and hang up*-*

It really depends on the circumstances. If numbers were exchanged during a night out drinking then ... no, I wouldn't call him. If you have known who he is for a while and you know his personality to be shy then ... yes, I would call him. If you met at the grocery store then ... no, I would wait for him to call. Even if I didn't touch on the way the numbers were exchanged you need to remember that men love the chase. Even the ones that don't think they do ... do. If you call him it isn't much of a chase. He could be very shy. But even the shy guys love the chase. If you really are interested in him then I would definitely wait for him to call first. After the initial call I would feel comfortable calling him the second time. Remember... if you're wanting him to feel strongly toward you, never call twice in a row. If you have to wait a month ... don't call twice in a row. That will only ruin it. Sounds harsh but, it works. Trust me. :)

What is your best judgement of his caracter is he kind or old fashioned or do you think it would be okay to call. If the answer is yes just do it. People are very busy these days and may not get around to everything. Just do it.

Im alittle old fashioned. I think the man should move first...If he is really interested he will get you....right?? How many days has it been?? Give him a week. If he dont call...give someone else your number.

Personally, I think you should wait til he calls you... he gave you his number, meaning he should call you.
That's just my opinion on the situation

If you've given each other your phone number, there doesn't seem to be much risk there. Call him.

I would wait for this guy to call you, if he hasn't called in a week then maybe it wasn't meant to be.........or he could be shy .... not sure, but I would wait for him to call you

Wait ! see if he calls you. then if he didn't then think about what u gonna do.. if you're really intersted you can call him after that
