but how can this be when many people such as those are living isolated from the world, or die before having ever heard the gospel
also if i threaten you with some horrible punishment if you do not do something for me, such as a gun to your head if you do not give me your wallet, do you really feel free not to give the man your wallet anyway, and if this is freedom, well i guess you win.

but how can this be when many people such as those are living isolated from the world, or die as infants before having ever heard the gospel
also if i threaten you with some horrible punishment if you do not do something for me, such as a gun to your head if you do not give me your wallet, do you really feel free not to give the man your wallet anyway, and if this is freedom, well i guess you win.
also if god loves us so much, as a parent might love their child, who he even let us choose to go to hell???
if i were a parent or even just a loving person i certainly would NOT

the typical christian answer to your first paragraph as that people only go to hell when the REJECT the word of god. if they never hear it, then,,,, i guess they go to heaven. gee what a great system. that oughta keep the scum out.
still,, only an awful god would send someone like ghandi to hell.
as for your second paragraph, you bring up a good point. telling people that they can choose anything isn't really freewill if you follow up all of the options but one with threats.

Taking into account people who may have never heard of the gospels, we have to rely on God's mercy for that answer. God knows the heart of that person, and we trust that they will be taken care of in His infinite mercy.
As for as people going to hell because they choose to go there, you are correct - we make that choice. Even if someone has never heard of God or the gospels, on some level they do understand right from wrong. We all do. And we all make a choice - good or evil. We choose how we live our life here, and where we will end up after we die by how we've lived our life. We either condemn ourselves, or we choose God and receive our reward.

If you know anything at all about GOD, you would know that GOD is not sending you anywhere.
In the Word of GOD, God has created a place called, The Lake Of Fire. This is a place that is prepared for The devil and his angels.
At the end of the millennium reign, those who's names are written in the Lamb's Book of Life gain eternal life with God here on Earth.
The ones that are not written in Book of Life have but one place to go, The Lake Of Fire. Its their choice, they make the decision themselves.
GOD has given all of us the choice. Choose life and live. Not making the choice, is following Satan right into Hell.
This is not my idea, its in the volumne of the Book, His Word, the Bible.><>

Some believe that creation itself gives evidence of the gospel... they say it's not necessary to "hear" the gospel in order to receive it...
the "horrible punishment" you speak of (I'm assuming that you mean hell) isn't for people it is for "the Devil and the deamons" See the Gospel of Matthew... Even so the choice is not whether to go to Heaven or Hell the choice is to believe in God or not to believe in God... If you are chosing based on not wanting to go to Hell you haven't really made a choice...

Wow..someone needs to visit the institution for crazy people becasue that was officially insane..and a bit scary. Also, God hasn't sent anyone to hell yet, if people go to hell it's their own fault it doesn't mean they are given the choice at a gate to buy a ticket to either heaven or hell it means they loved their life wrongly and there for have then recieved their punishment for doing so.

It says in the Bible that God knows everything. He knows who will believe if the gospel is shared with them and who would not believe. If someone does not hear the gospel it simply means that even if they had heard it they would not have believed. Now hearing the gospel does not mean that someone will automatically believe obviously because God gives us all a choice as what to believe. But if someone does not hear the gospel it means that they would not have believed even if they had heard it.

The religious say, "You're going to hell!" because they can't get away with any other threats. Those that have the physical ability to carry out the threats try to send the people to hell by killing them.
Ethical people wouldn't threaten others with force or a mythical "hell".

People that are isolated that have never heard the word of God will not be judged, how can someone that hasn't heard be judged? get real
If you threaten me with some form of punishment if I do not do what you ask, you are taking my free will away.

Your question reminds me of someone who is trapped on the 5th floor of a burning building who wants to argue with the fireman at the window on a ladder who is trying to convince them that he represents the only safe way out. Don't argue, just take the way!
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

God sends no one to hell , only you can do that.God gave us a choice and it is up to you to decide where you will spend eternity, not God. As for those who have never heard of God they will be given the grace and mercy of God
