how can i deal with seeing and hearing spirits on daily basis?

See it as a gift rather than a curse. Many believe "spirits" to be demons but some (including I) believe that a "spirit" is simply an empty shell of an existence on earth from the past, including animals. These "shells" hold all the emotions, memories, and thoughts of the being that they used to be. They are attracted to us because they feel a need to be repopulated by a soul after the soul that once populated them has moved on to it's next life. Many are too weak (usually the ones that were "nice" or pleasant in life) to "appear" to those of us who poses the gift of sensitivity, most often the ones that have had a very misunderstood and unpleasant life are the ones to "show up" to us because they are hardened and strengthened by their past experiences. Do not be afraid of them and those that harp on fear will feel no reason to harp on you, open your gift wider and allow the weak, "good" ones to appear within your sight.

Thank God for your gift and embrace it. Don't fear it. Being afraid will make it worse and it will scare the crap out of you. Are you seeing spirits or ghosts? Spririts float about 3 ft about ground because that's where their "domain'' if you will, is and they have a more detectable form as in they look like a person. A ghost on the other hand is less distinguishable, and doesn't float. It's like an oscilating fan. There are 3 different rhelms. Theres ours, the astral rhelm, aka Home, and then there's the inbetween. Our rhelm is the slow mode on the fan, as it goes, you can see each individual blade. You kick it up to the next speed, and that represents where ghosts are, the fans going faster, but you can still slightly make out the blades. Now you set it for the fastest mode it has, and that's the spirit's rhelm. You can't see it very well at all. Spirits come from their rhelm to visit friends and family they left behind, so don't be afraid. Either way, whether it's a ghost or a spirit, it can't hurt you....the only thing that could happen basically is that you drive yourself mad with fear. I would suggest you read Sylvia Brownes books, especially "Visitors from the Afterlife"

Seeing and hearing things that aren't there fit the category of a 'break from reality', which is the definition of psychosis-- which is an illness, not a deranged dangerous person (!) You should go to a psychiatrist (maybe your doctor can recommend one, or there are services that do so). You may find out that other things in your life are also caused by this illness and that if you take medication for it, other things in your life will improve too. I am assuming you do not want to sense these spirits, but if you do, talk that over with your psychiatrist too.

I am also a perfectly intelligent person with a mental illness. It does not mean anything bad about you. It's like if you had heart problems, you would take medication, and nobody would judge you. So don't worry about the word 'psychosis'. It simply means that you are seeing these spirits. I wish you the best of luck and health.

I don't care what religion you are pagan or Christian or a mousekateer the Spirit world is real it doesn't matter if people believe in them or not they believe in us these spirits are evil or lost spirits. the spirits of are loved ones past have pass over the guff thru the light these spirits in this realm are here to battle against us in spiritual warfare they influence people every day that is why there are so many wicked people and they are to dumb to know they are being played like a puppet so you have been given a gift of discernment to be able to see and here but don't believe the lie Satan can appear as a angel of light he believes you are real even if you don't believe he is real Satan is not a Christian thing he was the most beautiful angel in heaven before we were on earth he came he to because he lost his place in heaven and he brought one third of the angel of heaven with him these are the spirits you are seeing and you have familiars who know your blood line all the way back to Adam and eve i suggest you learn to use your gift for the good i know it may seem like a curse but really the burden is light and God The Father And God The Son and God the Holy Spirit Will Help you if you want them to be gone rebuke them in the name of Christ they are not your friend these ghost and spirits you see

Well you have one of two things going on.

The more probable is a chemical imbalance in your brain that could be causing what you believe your seeing. See a doctor get on medication and the spirits will go away.

The less probable is you have spirits in your home, um contact a preist or someone who deals with the paranormal.

Or just make friends with them and have fun.

I've had the same problem and neither God or Lucifer are going to help you. If its only one or two, the best thing is pretend you don't see them. but if its a large group that even seem to follow you around the only thing that worked for me is just tell them to leave you the f uck alone to go bother some one else. and be as profane as possible. as far as ghost and spirits their are no good ones and don't let anyone make you believe so. don't ask to help them, and if you cant feel the reason they became the way they are; don't ask them.if you need help - [e-mail]

Well, try to reason with them. Make them go along with your plan, as opposed to you goint along with theirs. You also may want to begin treatment for schizophrenia, because the real truth is that there is no such thing as "Spirits". My friend had the same problem, now six months later, and all full of meds, he is still crazy. Good luck with your affliction. Get some help.

From your question it doesnt seem like you dont want it to go away ,But just to deal with it on a everyday basis.Pray pray pray tell them that you are not walking away from them but need a break.Ask them to be kind to you and not to do this to you,if they are bad sperits dont ask but tell them to leave and do the fathers preyer.and keep doing it.But if these are good sperits they just need someone who can hear them and somtimes they come in a bunch cause just like we miss our passed loved ones they miss us also.So just be kind and ask them to give you some time off.Good luck,somtimes i wish i could do this then i think to myself what if i couldnt stop it,if i was ment to have the gift i would have seen or heard by now.But any how good luck to you and thank your angles who are with you

they are coming to you because they know you can hear them, i would just be open to it, it is not a bad thing, they just trust you, and what i've read as far as other peoples experience and investigations, only about 10% (no one really know for sure) of spirits are dangerous.

doctors and psycologists will most likely insist you are "crazy" and try to prescribe medications.

just consider it a gift. :)
