My personal view on love is that you can't really love someone without having mutual respect, feelings and connection. Obviously this person loves someone else or in the very least made a commitment to marry someone else. It is her responsibility to figure out where her feelings are, where she needs to be, and what her next move is. If she is informed of your intent, then you need to leave her be to figure out her life. If this is just a matter of seeing someone that assists you, believes in you, and motivates you to learn and become a better person as a romantic interest, then you may be barking up the wrong tree. Don't confuse support and encouragement for love, love shouldn't be something that is one sided.
Reanalyze your perception of her, see if you are placing her on a pedestal without really knowing who she is beyond her educator persona, you might be surprised. After all teaching and bonding with her students is a part of her job.

She's your teacher, you leave her a lone your just a kid and don't know what real love is. She's engaged and going to get married.
Just keep going to school and you will meet and fall in love with the right gal for you.

How do you expect to pass the class if you "stop all contact with her"? Then again, if you can take it from a different teacher, that may be a good idea, to avoid the temptation to make a fool of yourself.

She is your teacher. You have to talk to her in order to learn (answering in class etc). If you stop all contact, you will make life very awkward for everyone.
However, personal contact is wrong on many levels.

Talk to her as a teacher but don't go beyond that. Get over the crush and get someone your own age or you could cause her to have problems at work. And you will get hurt.

No, I would not stop talking to her bcoz sometimes we create an image for a relationship with somebody in our mind but in actual it doesn't happened. But it doesn't mean we stop talking to him/her. Just be open mind and take ur relationship with good sense of humour.
