Often time I go walking down the street and see a few lice looking women. (in the town I live in there’s few good looking women actually few women in general) any how when I see these women I want to say some thing nice like "hello beautiful" and think like that. in fact 3 days ago at the college I passed a young lady she was very pretty and I said "hello" she replied with "Hi" and a smile, that young lady had a beautiful voice and after she said hi I had the urge to turn and say that she had a very pretty voice. also earlier I opened a door for two girls and they said think you and I wanted to say I would do why thing for such love women.
Now if I used any of these complements (I think their complements) what type of response could I have possibly gotten?
Just so, you know I am chickenshit and probably never have the balls to say any of these things.

In today's day and age, unfortunately, if you're alone and she's alone, just on the street, not in a place where it's clear both of you are looking for someone, and you don't know each other, you should not do any more than smile as you walk by, or hold the door for them. If they do not speak to you or approach you, that has to be the end of the matter. Otherwise it will be assumed that you have nothing good in mind.
Bottom line: Not saying anything has nothing to do with being chicken, and everything to do with discretion being the part of valor.

Girls or women really appreciate a man giving compliments in a nice way and being polite. Have more confidence in yourself, that is really attractive. Practice in the mirror at home first if you are nervous, then pretend everyone around you is in their underwear when you say it. Perhaps that will give you more confidence. If not perhaps you will get a good laugh to yourself anyway.lol

Women generally like to get attention and are attracted to confidence in a man.
There isn't anything wrong with saying hi to an attractive woman. You could well meet someone that you will get into a relationship with, and it will all have started with "hi".
One thing though..... you have to be sincere and stay away from cheesy "pick-up" lines.

you should say them! they are soooo flattering!!! my sister and I were walking in chicago and a guy in a car said "you look beautiful" and i was soooo jealous!!! that guy made her day!!! say them, you will make a girl feel incredible!!! please do it! make one of our days!!
