Of course I hear God's voice, especiaslly when I am reading the Bible.
Ever since i received the Holy Spirit, having repented of sin, and received Christ as my Savior, I can hear the Voice of Jesus clearly. In fact that's why he sent the Holy Spirit:
Jesus said:
"When He the Spirit of truth is come, he shall guide you into all truth... and he will shew you the things to come" Jn.16;13

you may well have heard from God. If it was God there would be no doubt.. If so, You know it. And you should follow what is given you
You may also have ADHD or be bi-polar... I am not making fun of you... but those cause what can seem to be voices speaking to you... have yourself evaluated by a Dr. well versed in these conditions...nothing to be ashamed about... I am 59 and am ADHD all my life...
I am also of the Christian Faith... and I have heard God's Voice twice in 35 yrs... I have been of The Faith for only 6yrs. I heard God once and he spoke 7 words to me... absolutly with out any doubt of who was speaking... and once 29 years later on the day of my Salvation I recieved three words from God.
If you would like to read my testimony you may at:

Yes, I talk to God every day and he always talks back, and gives me direction for the day.
He talks to all of us every day, yes even those who do not know Him. The problem is most people cannot hear Him, because they have built a wall between themselves and God. One day hopefully before they die, all will hear his voice, but for far to many the first thing they will hear out of the mouth of God is, depart from me I do not know you.The next voice will hear is that of their father Satan.

It's great if you feel this is god speaking to you. However, if it's telling you to do things that are clearly different from what you have come to expect from your understanding of that, be suspicious. Many people with disorders of their sense of self (so-called ego-identity disorders) claim to experience the same thing.
William James does a good job of sorting this out in his book, "The Varieties of Religions Experience". I hope this helps you.
Good luck.

that is a yes and no type of question no he does not speak directly to us unless it is for personnal revelation, but he usually speaks thru his servants the prophets.
when you are prompted to go a different direction than you normally do that is the holy ghost, the comforter that jesus promised he would send, that is trying to protect you.
you might think that it is his voice you hear but more likely than not it is the holy ghost.

I've heard that God speaks to us in a "still, small voice"... sometimes it's hard to listen thru all the "crap" around us.

Do what everyone else does and invent a new religion. You will be a multi-millionaire within 5 years.
This is what religion is about...making money (for the uninformed ones out there, and the brainwashed ones).

Not audibly, but I have felt a strong feeling or thought, or something just came to my mind, that I wouldnt have thought of on my own and I believe it was God.
