"Te QUIERO" = I love you in Spanish.
"Te QUERRÉ" = I will love you (future tense) always in Spanish, although "te voy a querer" is more common.
The verb "querer" also means "want". But if you say it to a person, it means "love".

Ummm... do you mean te quiero? because it means "I love you" As far as I know, "querro" is not a word, at least in Spanish... (also, while it literally means "I want you," it doesn't have the same quasi-sexual connotation that that does in English. It's "I love you" for boyfriends/girlfriends, husbands/wives, parents/children, people/pets, etc.) (I should add that my parenthetical explanation was based on my Spanish boyfriend's use of it... they really don't use "te amo" much in Spain for anyone, but yeah, the other answerers are right about the usage in other places)

Te quiero means I love you. In spanish we have two phrases that mean the same thing: Te quiero and Te amo. Now you mustn't confuse these two. Te quiero means I love you in a familiar way. The kind of love you give to a friend, or a family member. Te amo is a more intense kind of love: like the one you profess to a sweetheart, lover or spouse.

It's "te quiero" and actually, it depends.
It always involves feelings but the depth varies...
In Spain it is the equivalent to "I love you"
But in Mexico it has a kind of wider meaning, when you would only say "Te amo" (I love you) to a boyfriend or lover, you can say "te quiero" to family, friends...
As "quiero" means to want, it can also imply a certain degree of desire, but that is not normally the case

Te amo is "I love you" but te querro can mean the same. Te querro is "to want."

i should know this answer... my ex-guy used to say that to me all the time as he's part Spanish. it means I love you.. hm mm... and i used to say to him, Te Quiero Mucho!
