Depends on the boy. When I was twelve there was a kid the same age as me at my school who had chest hair and a beard that needed shaving. I grew very tall very young, but couldn't grow a beard until I was 21.

normally boys start to shave from 15-16 on an average. Some of my friends started as early as 13. i started at 17.

Some may need to at age 13 but some never have to or simply choose not to. It is different for everyone for helpful tips ask your father, brother, uncle, grandpa... etc

14-17 but avoid to shave always because it can have seniolytis on the leg....

When they start getting facial hair. Usually 14, but sometimes younger or older.
