You won't find anyone who'll do it cheap.Neutering and removing a locked testicle are 2 different things. They'll have to cut into him twice and he'll most likely get the second site infected shortly after you bring him home because everytime he goes pee some will get into the wound unless you can cover it before he goes potty.I tried wrapping Saran wrap around the abdomen before he went out but he'd rip it off and then go pee.So another trip to the vet and more money spent.Don't know what price range in your area is but 3 yrs.ago when mine went thru the same procedure and all was said and done I was out close to $400.00.Prices have gone up since then.
Call around and get price quotes but please don't go with the cheapest one because in the end it will cost you more than the most expensive because your dog needed this or that or they forgot to add things into the original quote.
Your best bet is to start making small weekly payments to the vet you feel most comfortable with before the surgery and pay the remaining balance afterward.Maybe if the vet sees you're making every effort to pay they'll allow you to continue to make payments.

It would be better if you saved up your money and got the dog neutered at a good veterinarian who will do the surgery safely and correctly. An undesended testicle (or cryptorchid) can be a serious health threat. Get it done right, not cheap! Good luck! :)

Just so you know....you get what you pay for. It is not that expensive to have a dog neutered...even when the have cryptorchid (retained testicles). If you don't have the finances to care for a dog, or anything else for that matter, then by all means, don't take on that responsibility!!!
