A receipt is a piece of paper itemizing what you just paid for. A recipe is a list of ingredients and how to prepare them to eat. Most of my receipts are sodium-free. Maybe Macy's will start offering a salt shaker at their cash registers.

Just about anything you cook with salt you can cook without salt. The hard part of a salt-free diet is developing a taste for no salt.
After living with a palate that's used to salt for a long time, a salt free diet is at first unappealing and bland. Just keep at it and you'll finally develop a taste for the natural flavor of the foods you eat.
Eat a lot more fruits and veggies, and different varieties. If you smoke, QUIT!
Drink lots of water. Once your body readjusts you won't miss the salt.
