I hate those "healthy" cereals! The one that have dehydrated fruits, honey, nuts ans all sorts of stuff. My sisters buy them, so sometimes there's nothing but "healthy" ones at home. So I started buying the ones I like Fruit Loops, Captain Crunch, and Cocoa Krispies. My sisters began criticizing my cereals then I compared labels, the "healthy" ones actually have more calories and sugar than kids' cereals, and the kids' cereals have a lot of vitamins the "healthy" ones just don't have. There are some real healthy ones like Raisin Bran and Special K, but a lot of people with this health kick buy the flashy ones that only claim to be healthy. So don't mind me, I'm going to keep eating my Fruit Loops, I like not getting a sugar high.

you may have a health issue there, involving the metabolization of various types of sugars... go see a doctor

They are probably just as high in carbs, which will raisse you blood sugar, just like the sugary cereals do. Check the carb content.
