1. no "te" just start with quieres. When you add the te to the ir, it's more like "do you want to go away with me to the carnival.
2. I'm not entirely comfortable with the way you said the time... maybe just say "a las 7"
3. iglesia, not inglesia (though that was probably a typo)
4. Iglesia Santa Cecilia, I believe
5. Calle Green (not la calle de Green, unless Green is something that is on the street--but if it's Green St., it's la Calle Green)
6. Sounds good, I'm sure he'll get it.
7. the rest would be something along the lines of "Sabes donde está la iglesia? Me gustarÃa mucho ir a este carnival." (but I would probably use Wonderful21´s answer for this part, it sounds better.)
8. oh yeah, and conmigo, not con mi.
Good luck with the Spanish guy, Spaniards are great people and the guys are usually pretty hot ;)

Yes, he will understand you. But you may say (in better spanish): Quieres ir al carnaval conmigo?, es de 7 a 11.
Then the other thing is: Sabes llegar? porque yo realmente quiero ir.

I'd say:
(the "a" on "esta" has an accent, but i don't know how to type those)
I don't really know what you mean by "would you be able to know where that is..." Do you just mean "do you know where it is?" or "can you find out where that is?"

If you write that he might understand your idea, but this sounds better "quieres ir al carnaval conmigo a las 7-11.
good luck.

Let me help, I have translated for architects and other people.
This is exactly how it should say:
Trust me, or if in doubt, e-mail me further translations.

Your way says: You are wanted to go to the carnival with my to 7-11. This in inglesia of St. Cecila's in the street of Green.
The next line would be:
