The first one is correct.

The second one isn't incorrect, but it's twisted and more difficult to understand.

In spoken language, everybody would use number one.

yep, they're both correct, but the first one does sound more natural. The second one sounds like it's emphasizing the cooking. If the question were "Where can I learn about cooking, cleaning, and auto repair?" then the second one works to tell someone that you know a website that will tell them about cooking only.
