It seems like Black/Latino men seem compliment a girl more when hes trying to holla at her. They say stuff like "Damn shorty, u got a nice body." But when white guys try to talk to a girl they seem to have a differen type of confidence and seem to be more shy. Is this cultural? But I could be wrong, Southern European men seem to be forward, especially the Italian hotties. I'm not trying to generalize, this is what I experienced.

I feel it's a cultural thing. If you ever visit Italy you'll see first hand some of the most 'forward' men around.

Personally, I would be offended if some random stranger came up to me and said "Damn shorty, u got a nice body." That is kind of offensive...and way disrespectful. So black, white or whatever will have to at least respect me in order to get a second of my time.
Now as far as one race being more forward than the other, I have no clue. I think everyone makes individual decisions about approaching women. I don't really think that race is an issue.

Sure it can be attributed to culture...sure. People, don't underestimate the power of culture. Culture.
I had a similar conversation with a friend and I had the same concerns as you. Yeah, it's generalizing, but when you generalize you also acknowledge that there are exceptions. I don't like to generalize, cuz were all put into little boxes so people can stereotype us...doesn't feel too nice. So I try to control that. But I have made the same observations, and I think cultural differences are to blame. :o)

I in simple terms have this organic appeal to Latino adult men; and that i respect their tanned pores and skin, this is fantastic. Their accents are soooo pleasing and Spanish is one of those pleasing language. i'd decide on a Latino guy over a white guy.

Every place has a different way of flirting. You may be use to men who are every crude and direct.
White men show more respect than to cat call women, unless they are working on a construction site or you went to a club and get hit on.

It could be very cultural b/c I get a lot of that when I'm walking in Wal-mart or Bi-lo. It scares the crap out of me b/c i don't know what they are capable of and I don't like when people look at me like that. It could also be the way they were raised; they're used to that where ever they came from, but it's not welcomed here in the U.S.

i no what ur saying, latinos and black guys mature faster then white guys physicaly and emotionally. its hard to explain but ya it is culteral thing.
