My daughter won't eat meat either. When I asked her doctor, he suggested things like eggs, peanut butter, and other high-protein foods that AREN'T meat. One thing you DO NOT want to do is resort to things like chicken nuggets and fish sticks because even though they're meat a lot of times they have the protein "sucked out" of them. Also, you might be wise to invest in some chewable vitaimins or vitamin drops you can put in her drink. If they won't take their nutrients willingly, we have to sneak them by them. Good Luck!

vegetables and chicken are better nutrient wealthy than spaghetti. Why are her enamel undesirable? Did she doze off with bottles? i began to get grossed out by technique of meat even as i became 6 or so. Will she devour soup? you could style a soup including her fashionable flavors vegetables and placed some proteins and grain products in there, or make it a cream soup with a milk base. Does she like sandwiches? Small parts of each and every foodstuff? An previous formed healthful foodstuff became custard made up of milk and eggs. There are so any meals accessible now. What about smoothies with supplementations further?

She could possibly have Fibromyalgia.

Kids go through many stages. Maybe this is one of them. The not eating meat/vegs.

Try getting her to eat other things. Fruits, Dairy, Fish etc.

Does she like hamburgers/ground beef/meatloaf? If she does, then maybe add ground up broccoli, carrots, etc into the meat mixture.

What about spaghetti? Add vegs/meat to that.

You have to be sneaky with her!!! LOL

Don't worry,, ,it normal sepcially among girls.

couple suggestions:
don't give her candy or cookies, avoid snacking, and just be patient, give her fruit and veggies.

maybe make a game when eating and try to sneak a bite or two with some meat in it.

and always peanut butter sandwiches are an all time favorite

Maybe it bothers her stomach in some way, I wouldn't push it. Try alternative protein.
