She has a history now of finding excuses for not winning. That's the big attraction of the PGA tour: its an accomplishment with no threat of losing. It was obviously after she bogeyed the 2nd hole that she was not going to qualify. Was this "sickness" faked? Because, now you can't say "she failed to qualify" - for, you know, she withdrew.

She has to much pressure on her they need to back off for awhile and let her get some playing time in then try the men's tour again. She can wait a couple of years

To me, she has always been a choker; making critical mistakes in the final holes.

I have also always thought that by playing over her head she puts herself in a situation where she loses consistantly. By the way, players who lose are called, "Losers".

Now I see her quit when she is having a bad tournament which makes me question her toughness.

Personally I think she needs to backtrack a little and dominate the game at whatever level she can dominate. (High school, college, whatever).

To much, too fast... but hey, she got the $10M from Nike so I guess actually being a winner doesn't matter any more.

She looked about as sick as I did when I didn't want to go to class ...

"Let's see, I'll rub my stomach a little, do the hand-over-the-mouth-gonna-puke move for affect and moan and groan my way out of a sticky spot ..."

By the way, she was smiling on SportSCenter as they loaded her into the ambulence. One of the least-sweatty cases of sunsickness I've ever seen. And don't tell me it was the humidity, either. She's from Hawaii.

no man she looked bad, like she had lost all confidence in her game, probably because of the heat. her last hole before she withdrew (9th) she looked timid around the green and it was like she just wanted to leave, plus she had no chance of making the cut, she would have had to gain 10 strokes in 9 holes.

I think is both. Meaning faked and not faked. which means physically and mentally.

physically, yes, it is hot as hell.

mentally, oh, god, I don't think I can do it!!! (after all the bad playing)

So the body takes over, so on the heat takes over, bye bye Wiesy

Another non-question. This seems to be your first. Please ask questions, then opine after you select the best answer.

Wie is more comfortable losing than winning.

But she is only 16 years old. I hate the way the press covers her, I don't hate her.

I'm with you. I think she has a mighty high opinion of herself.
