I think the correct terminology is " MORON " M(o)rr (on): adv: Person who wastes his/her time answering polls and /or surveys. Oftern found on Yahoo answers.

Pollster or Polltaker. The second one is less confusing because pollster can also mean someone who conducts polls or surveys.
