i do not feed her or anything like that. but for some reason she always follos me around and lays on me when i am sleeping. even on my back. she loves my bed and always hides in my room. my other cat likes to stay in my room. is there some reason chemically why my cats enjoy being around me? they even come on my desk when im on the computer and sit and watch me.

Maybe you're the most cat friendly person in the house. Could just be you're more subdued and/or calm in your behavior. Cats don't like spazzes. My cat likes my brother, but is not as affectionate with him and sort of avoids him because my brother is big and loud and kind of a spaz (love him though!). I'd take it as an honor that the cats are drawn to you.

Cats have a stronger sense of judgment of characters than dogs. Most domesticated dogs are friendly and loyal naturally and don't care if you are good or evil initially. However, cats are very moody and can sense people better. Some people don't like cats, but cats can sense that there is kind of comfort zone around them, and vice verse.

Some people attract differant kinds of animals, although we are never sure as to why. Often it is said that it is due to a kind of sense that a animal has. I have great ability to get along with any Dog. It may be that as that animals see the humans around them as their own kind. The cat may assume you are the head of the pack.

i have six cats,, have had them all my life,, and i can tell u that cats know a kind soul , a loving caring person,,they have senses that u and i don't know about,,u r a very lucky person to have a cat pay u any attention for they are the lovers of the universe for sure,, u r blessed my dear

mine does that too.
she only likes me and hates everyone else in the house.
they like you more then others. when you earned a cats trust it mean your really are a very special person maybe you love them more then anyone else in the house and they feel it so they show you they are greatful in reaturn by only paying you attention.

is that bad? well do you play with them, give them attention, change their litter box? maybe your the first one of your family members that it saw and it thinks of you as its owner. or maybe you just are around it the most.
