God seems a bit of a sadist if he was real. Look at the South, full of Christians, but area is behind in most everything. Some rewards.

God is love and he loves us, but sometimes we do things that go against his commandments and he has to show us that he is God and that he is in control. And obviously God does not hate you, you woke up this morning, did you not? You have the activity and ability to be on yahoo answers! So no darling, God loves us, he does not hate us, but we hurt him when we do wrong instead of right.

why even ask that? you know that everyone is going to answer you by sayng "He doesn't" so I think you already knew the asnwer. If you just need some reassurance, I understand. God loves everyone. I'm Christian but not particularly religous, and I know that God loves us, and I never doubt that. He TELLS us he loves us, he SHOWS us he loves us. Look around you.. how can you doubt God's love?

Every one thinks god is love becuz the bible says so
1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
Yet he leaves out the factors that god made hell :0 he is so loving!

He loves us and wants to save us. But people keep pushing him away and trying to run things their way and make a mess of things. And then cry to him to fix eveything when its hopeless. If everyone believed in God everything would be so different.

well you or the example for the answer to your question, God doesn't hate us, sounds more like most people hate him, and they don't even take the time to find out about him they just want to find someone or something to blame all there mistakes , and wrong bad stupid decisions on, because humans can't handle the thought that they bring most of there troubles on themselves

If God is the omnipotent leader we believe him to be, he's had a midlife crisis or is being irrational. I believe that there is a higher power, and he has better things to worry about.
