Whether or not this is wrong is all dependent on your perspective on the situation and your morals. In the Christian sense, the Bible says that lust is a sin. However, in the other extreme, some couples within marriage allow for outside sexual interaction. It's all circumstantial.
A majority of people, including myself, would believe it would be hard to act on it. A fewer amount of people believe that it's wrong just to look. It's up to you to decide how it makes you feel.

Hey Barry, there is nothing wrong with lusting after a hot lady!
She probably wears the short skirts because she has great legs, I know that is why I do when I go out with my husband.
I wouldn't assume that he has cheated on her or that the fire is out though. Are you a bad person? No! Would you enjoy it if she took you into her office and put your over her knees? Probably!

You sound normal to me. I'm sure she's not the only one either. Part of being a human male is keeping that part of our nature's in check. It ain't easy, but that's ultimately the difference between a moral and immoral man. The moral man thinks it too, but doesn't act on it. The immoral man does both.
Just remember that our lusts seem fine until you do the math on who the execution of that lust could hurt. If you wouldn't want those people hurt including yourself then it's best to keep some lusts in the fantasy department.

Hmmm... Well I don't think you can help most of your feelings just like everyone else. But I do think you are trying to get with her? Sound like you have a plan all ready. Is it right to lust after her? It's up to your morals. For example, if you have a girlfriend or if you're married. About trying something with her is up to your morals once again but I think you'll lust no matter what we tell you. In the end, will you be happy with your choice or will you be a little uncomfortable?

Dude, just calm down. It's perfectly natural that you're having these feelings for this woman. However, you need to realize that nothing could come out of a relationship with her. She's probably married. But if you really need to find out if she has any feelings for you, I say swing batta batta swing batta batta swing. After all, she can't possibly fire you for asking a question can she.
After all, I couldn't possibly live with myself wondering what if for the rest of my life. And this is nothing to kill yourself over. And you're not a pervert for thinking this way. It is wrong,because it is making you unhappy, she has the right to wear whatever she wants, but in my experience women who dress sexy at work enjoy the power they have over men...it sure sucks to be you!
It is possible that this is just a crush...you might not know that "grown ups" have to put up with crushes, but we do. When it happens to me they usually take three weeks or so to go away.
Please don't joke about shooting yourself, that would be a terrible end to your story! Go somewhere you can see some beautiful young women, you might even meet one!
