Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

You can't--and get lasting results. You can reasonably lose about a pound (or two if you push it).a week. Stapling your ear won't work, either, but you will lose some quick cash! Any weight you lose quickly will be mostly water weight and you'll gain that back in short order. Settle on losing it in 4-5 weeks and it'll stay off. Otherwise, you'll gain it back plus some.

Jog, watch what you eat. Just be careful not to lose it too fast. The healthy amount is 1-2 lbs a week.

Drink upwards of 3 liters of water a day, cut your sodium intake drastically.

As well, find a BMR calculator online, to see what you need to do as far as caloric intake goes. A great place to calculate calories is listed below in sources.

Here's a great diet my husband and I use time and again when we need to drop some weight fast. It's called the 3-day diet because you diet for 3 days then eat moderately for the next 4, go back to the 3 day, etc. for as long as you want. You can lose quickly!! Watch the sweets and the alcohol intake during the 4 days. If you do not snack between meals during the 4 days off, the pounds will drop faster.

This diet works on breaking down chemical enzymes. Do not vary or substitute ANYTHING. Salt & pepper may be used, but no other seasonings. This diet is to be used for 3 days only, then 4 days off, then back on if you wish. Eat normally and in moderation for the 4 days following the diet for maximum weight loss. You can lose up to 40 lbs. in a month's time if you stick with it!

No snacking in between meals, drink lots of water, diet soda is ok.

Day 1: Breakfast- 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast with 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, coffee or tea. Lunch- 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice dry toast, coffee or tea. Dinner- 2 slices any type of meat (3 oz. total), 1 cup cooked string beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream, beverage.

Day 2: Breakfast- 1 egg (I chose hard-boiled because there is no added anything to it), 1 slice dry toast, 1/2 banana (save other half for tomorrow), coffee or tea. Lunch- 2 cups cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers, beverage. Dinner- 2 hot dogs (no bun), 1 cup broccoli (cooked or raw), 1/2 cup carrots (cooked or raw), 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, beverage

Day 3: Breakfast- 4 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese (I break into 4 pieces and eat it on each cracker), 1 small apple, coffee or tea. Lunch- 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice dry toast, beverage. Dinner- 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower (cooked or raw), 1/2 banana OR 1/2 cantalope, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, beverage.

*I make flavored, decaf iced tea with parsley. If you boil 1 cup fresh parsley and strain using the water for the iced tea, it makes a natural diuretic. But DON'T drink it with dinner as it may have you getting up during the night!

If you are determined, add a brisk walk after dinner each night. If you are alone the meals are a cinch. If you have a family, ask them for their support. After dinner, take the dog or one of your kids or your honey with you for the walk and don't talk about food! The 3rd day you will be hungry but knowing you can eat tomorrow is a great comfort. Ask the family to put the leftovers away in the frig. for you. (Less temptation to just "taste.") You can tackle the dishes after your walk.

And my advice for the 4 days after, ease up on the butter and fat, stay away from the sauces and rich desserts. Have a fruit or one of the vegetables listed each day with your meals and you will be very suprised at how the weight will come off!

Oh, and weigh yourself in the morning each day when you wake up. Only weigh yourself once each day.

Good luck!!
