If you're serious, then I'll for real explain it to you. There's not right answer, but a pessimistic person will say half empty and an optimistic person will say half full. Pessimists always look on the bad sides of things (half empty) and optimists always look on the bright sides of things (half full).

Listen, this is not a philisophical question, i hope you like my answer even though everybody i tell this too hates it.....

Its only half empty when you drink out of it until its half empty

Its only half full when you put it under the tap and start to fill it up untill the glass is half full of water

it all depends on your actions. If you are drinking your getting rid of fluid so its half empty from what you drank. if your filling, its half full because your putting something in it and its half full of what you put in....

hope that helped, and if there are answers before mine its because i took to long typing this

I am neither an optimist nor a pessimist- I am a realist- it doesn't really matter if it is half full or half empty- I just know that when it is empty, I am going to have to be the one to clean it!

It depends if you're pouring or drinking. if you take a full glass and drink half of it, it is half empty. If you take an empty glass and fill it halfway up, it is half full.

Where's the glass?

Just kidding.

If you see the glass half empty, then you are pessimistic (negative person); half-full, you're a optimist (positive).

It's harder to be an optimist so better be one.

Ok. here goes. If you fill the glass to the top and then drink half of it....it is half empty.... If you only fill the glass half way, and don't drink any, then it is half full.........at least to my way of thinking! Doesn't this make sense??????????????

It is a psycological question to judge your optimisim. Are you a optimist or a pesimist.

Like with gas prices. The tank will most likely be half empty.

Its the same thing. It just depends on the way you look at it. I see it as half full because thats just the I see it.

It depends on if your optimistic or pesimistic, and if what it is full of. It is something good, if you think of it as half full, you are optimistic and vice versa. And if it is full of samething you don't like, and you say it's half empty, you are optimistic, and vice versa.

Half empty represents pessimism.
Half full represents optimistic people.
